My research addresses the major challenges facing for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations in today’s competitive international environment.
Although my doctoral work was in international strategy, I have broadened my work to include research streams in business process reëngineering, human resource strategy, managing the high-IQ worker, and technology-in-the-workplace issues. My current project is a longitudinal study of bias in distance learning through large-scale, synchronous, Web-based simulations.
